OH! The best chocolate chips cookie

Three years ago I baked cookie for the first time, it was delicious but it was not the one that I desired and I’ve never baked it again.

Yesterday I saw a recipe of chocolate chips cookie and seemed delicious and it has been recommended by people.  I was tempted to bake it and I did it but for the first try it was ruined (because I didn’t follow the recipe exactly).

The second time it went well. When I bite the first cookie I finally found the best chocolate chips cookie recipe

Here is the best and easy recipe….

100 gram butter (softened to room temperature)

180 gram flour

1 tablespoon corn flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

2/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 granulated white sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, corn flour, baking soda and salt until combined.  Set aside, Using a separate mixing bowl cream together the softened butter and sugars on medium-high speed until the mixture is light and fluffy and a pale yellow color, about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally as needed. Add egg and vanilla, and beat on medium speed until combined, about 30 seconds. Add the dry ingredient mixture, and beat on medium-low speed until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips by hand, using a spatula or wooden spoon, until they are evenly combined. Scoop out and roll dough balls that are 1-inch in diameter. And refrigerate it for 2 hours. Then place the dough balls on a baking sheet that is covered with either parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crispy and the tops of the cookies are very lightly golden.  The centers may look slightly under-cooked. Remove the cookies and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.

Here’s your delicious cookies.

Bonn appetite
