First of all I used to be obsessed with breakfast which must ate before 9 AM, and if I had woke up late I would have eaten bad and have been hungry all day , but now I can eat lunch instead of breakfast and have good and healthy meals for the rest of the day.
I have a program meal (in my head 🙂 ) for weeks. But this program changes because of the season. Do you want to know how? Let’s start….
For summer, I make varied smoothies. The reason that I drink smoothie is makes me fresh and I can work out with full of energy (when I full, I will get tired so soon and get Nausea).
Here we go for my favorite smoothies.
1. Strawberry Smoothie
Strawberry 5 each
Frozen banana 1
Matcha (tea) powder 2 teaspoon
Milk 1 cup
For topic (Depends on your taste)
2. Green Smoothie
Strawberry 3 each
Sweet rose 2tablespoon
3. Coffee Smoothie (my favorite)
Peanut butter 1table spoon
Espresso coffee ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Quick oat 1 tablespoon
Be a creative and makes smoothie with all things you like and write for me to try it.
For fall and winter, most of the time I prepare something that makes my body warm like peanut butter with banana and grain bread or hot oatmeal and sometimes traditional, easy and super delicious Iranian breakfast; local bread, local cheese with walnuts and sweet tea. And one of my favorite things for breakfast is bread, tahini and Palm sap (this is energy bomb ).
